Shipping & returns
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00. Everything else is calculated at checkout by weight, with no handling fee added.
- Dispatch
- Orders are packed by hand and leave the studio within 2–4 business days. You get a tracking number the moment the label is printed, not when the order is placed.
- US delivery
- Standard post takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Priority is offered at checkout for 1–3 days.
- International
- Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia take 8–16 business days. Any customs charge is set by your country and is not something the studio can waive or refund.
- Returns
- Unworn, unwashed clothing and undamaged accessories can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Email first so the return is expected and gets processed the day it lands.
- Earrings
- For hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned once the backs are off. If a pair arrives damaged, send a photograph and a replacement goes out the same day.
- Wrong size
- One free exchange per order on clothing, and free rebeading if a bracelet comes out the wrong length. The prepaid label comes by email, and the replacement ships before the original arrives back.
